SUB SLICER THE STORY


Dear interested reader,

We had a lot of fun working  on this project.  Let me tell you about our voyage!

We started off on friday evening by discussing some ideas on the provided topic and art. A shedule and some tasks were created. Every department started their own short journey on saturday. Jeldrik created a really cool paint like mechanic in unity, Balduin worked on some pixel art and general game design in cooperation with Anton. Daniel could provide his soundtrack early saturday afternoon. On sunday Arthur joined the team and started working on the amazing cover art. Jeldrik has come up with some pretty smart code solutions, so the team could discuss the overall art style and design some more. After that everybody started working again and the final product was developed. In the evening hours Balduin and Jeldrik could not stop working on the game and they started polishing some parts, adding more levels and finally "optimising" the prototype (by swapping in some smaller music files). Balduin completly set up the itch page waitng on Jeldrik finishing up the last bits in unity.

The game is building now. We wait.
